October 2011, the function, organized by "La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs", Bailliage of NSW, at "Chez Pascal Restaurant" was a memorable one. An excellent menu thoughtfully prepared by the chef Philippe Lebreux, matched by a very good wine list, carefully selected by David Reberger, and good company, all contributed to a successful day. On arrival, while catching up with members and friends, a glass of Piper Heidsieck Brut NV, was served, well appreciated by all of us. Once seated, we had a 7- course menu, well balanced and which shows the solid French basics Philippe acquired in France at " L' Ecole Ferrandi " and later on with some of the best chefs of France. YL
In September- August 2015, Philippe and Pascal starred in the cooking show "The Hot Plate", on Channel 9.
Philippe and Pascal also appeared on "The Millionaire Hot Seat" with Eddy McGuire.
